we all had to do file folders to go inside the lunch pail, and this was my entry.
On the outside (which was covered with SEI) I used my large Stampington Cube, a Paper Artsy image and one of the butterflies images from the Walk in the Garden Cartridge (Cricut), oh and a load of Hero Art 3mm gems. The whole thing was edged with Whispers Dye Ink in Plum.
The inside was painted with Twinkling H20’s and then stamped with Hero Arts Butterfly Border and a very old swirly stamp, then a piece of cream ric rac and a purple and white hydrangea by Angel Kisses.

isn’t the cutest thing you ever did see? Lovely Clare is just so talented. I’ve done my entry now and it’s gone flying off to Sid, who is the last stop, and then it will be back with her after it’s long journey round the UK STampers.
I’m finally catching up on some of my commitments, this is from the UK STampers challenge a good while ago – Define your Space – in which we had to do a label, hanger, etc., to define something in our stamping/scrapping area.
This is my little contribution – and I’ve learnt a salutory lesson – punch the holes with the Crop-adile before you stick on the blasted buttons, so you know that you have enough room!
I used a wood coaster that I’ve had hanging around for ages, and painted it with Rich Gold Jo Sonja’s.
Added a strip of Sweeter “Life in Bloom” paper across the middle, and then added MM rub-ons onto white cardstock (PM White), and covered them completely with Marvy Metallic Gold pen.
Stamped the small postal image from Aud’s Circle Sentiments sheet in Blazing Red StazOn, and coloured the hearts in with Green Gelly Roll pen by Sakura.
The flower is a white Angel kisses small hydrangea with a centre of soft green Perlidoodles.
Along the top seam of the pattern paper, I added PM brown buttons tied with DMC embroidery thread in alternating green and orange. Plus one orange and one brown button also tied with thread near the postal image.
The green ribbon is by Anna Griffin, which I got in a QVC kit ages ago, and has been mouldering at the bottom of the ribbon basket since then.
This is partially completed, for the UK STampers Outside the Box Challenge.
See UK STampers Cyberblog for details on it.
not copious amounts of stamping on it, but I wanted to leave it fairly un-adorned for the receipient (Chicken Licken) to add her own touches.
I’ve taken shots of more of it, but we’ve had really bad thunder storms all evening, and this is the first time I’ve managed to get on line.
I’ll post more – with a description – tomorrow.
