just a really quick, clean and simple card using card blank and green cardstock and pattern paper from set, a spare piece of ribbon, Angel Kisses in old pink, PM green jewel brads, a scrap of pink BG pattern paper (embossed with Cuttlebug folder), “Plant your dreams” stamp (Savvy), Pretty in Pink Ink from SU, Versamagic Dewdrops in Pixie Pink and Gingerbread.
I also used my new SU sprial punch and on the inside of the card the SU flowers and swirls jumbo wheel.
Have to say I like taking photos on the new worksurface in the kitchen, very glossy reflection!
Parental Control, Toodles and I are off to Whipsnade Zoo for the day tomorrow, and then staying at the wonderful Pendley Manor hotel for the night – of course, this means that the Guys’ will be left at home – but apparently they will have a replacement cook in Rob’s girlfriend, Bekka. T’wd seem that she’s been co-opted in to cook supper for the three of them on Saturday night.
I got an unexpected invitation to something today. I can’t attend as it’s my Mum’s birthday, and also the day that the kitchen fitters start – YAY, well done Rob at Rencraft Kitchens, for managing to pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat and get the date moved closer!
I have to admit to being addicted to these tiny note cards, made with the Nestabibilities largest scallop die.
Flower stamp is by Savvy Stamps, with Ginko Zoomz in the middle. “Thanks so much” is SU.
I actually broke out my embossing powders and Ecoline inks last night to make a birthday card or two for some friends next week.
Stamp the Savvy Dahlia both in Perfect Puleria & Aegean Blue, and tie around the purple ribbon.
Then prepare the background image by stamping the heart image from the Magenta Nov/Dec Stamp Club, and then emboss with Chiaro Flo embossing powder.
Paint over the whole thing with the Magenta Ecoline, allowing light and dark areas. When dry, iron off the EP to leave the white image. Stamp the vine from the Nov/Dec pack, and colour in with G16 marker, add Peralidoodles to the small dots on the image.
Over stamp the Magenta flower image in Palette Noir ink, and add the metal flowers/Prima. Matt onto the Razzleberry Light cardstock, and ink with Pefect Pulmeria Versamagic. Mount on the front of the card.
Place tiny dots of Perlidoodles in both Pink and Pearl in the centres of the stamped Dahlia images. Also add three larger dots of Pearlidoodles in the top and bottom righthand edges.
As usual, you can click on the image to view larger.

I did threaten to get going a bit earlier with my Blog Candy…..so I’ve made one bag (which has Zoomz, Ribbon and other bits and bobs in it), just got two more to make.
They need a home, so tell me what makes you laugh and why?
it’s been a bit difficult to get a good picture of this, as the main image is in fact curved, and very, very shiney, and the present underneath the EP is quite subtle.
Also, because the back light was so bright, the pattern paper looks a bit washed out – in reality it’s lovely (Chloe’s Closet Reindeer Games).
Lots of bling from the PM Xmas embellishment kit, including the cream/gold tag along the side. The Green jewel brad at the top of the present tag is also by PM.
Stamp used is Savvy Stamps present stack.

This card is for sale, along with loads of others, and I think I might have to start a blog just for those.
just another, and very quick entry into Wednesday Stamper’s turquoise challenge.
Cardstock is Bazzill pink (6 x 6 blank), then a 3″ piece of turquoise cardstock from Heartwarming Vintage slab, with one the pictures from the Paper Artsy 008 sheet matted with gold, purple velvet and then chocolate brown cardstock.
The background is stamped with Penmanship (Penny Black) in Antique Linen Distress Ink, then Pressed Lacy Flower (Savvy Stamps) in Violet Whispers Dye Ink. All edges have been run over with the Antique Linen Distress Ink. Just a scrap of turquoise/pink ribbon added to the spine.
Pattern Paper is SEI (green dots, blue stripe the other side).
Cut the green dots to size, stamped on the Do Craft Ice Cream in Savoy Green Whispers Dye Ink and coloured in with coloured pencils.
Added a piece of the reverse side of the green dot paper, which is the blue stripe to the left hand side and stamped Savvy Stamps Dotted Lines in Timber Brown Staz On.
On a small piece of cream card I stamped the Ice Cream image again, and heat embossed with Galactic Gold Embossing Powder, and coloured in with Twinkling H20’s, cut out and added to the ATC with silicon glue.
Typed “What’s your flavour?” in word, printed off and painted over the top with green Twinkling H2O’s. These were then added to the bottom left side.
Whole thing was then edged with Savoy Green Whispers Ink.
